WAV Joiner Editor's Review

When I read the name of this program I was pretty sure about what it should be used for. It's a simple application, which can take up the simple task of joining music files. If you thought that WAV Joiner might support other audio formats, beside WAV, think again. All it does is join audio files, which use this format and are encoded using the same bitrate and number of channels.

WAV Joiner supports both mono and stereo files. Due to the fact that it doesn't compress or re-encode audio streams, it supports joining files of up to 2GB.

I found a dropdown in the "Preferences" dialog, which allowed me to select a different style for the program's menus. Truth is I didn't see too much difference after selecting another menu style.

Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: The WAV file format is not used anymore, because the files which are encoded using it are very large. If you have a WAV file on your computer you might consider compressing it into an MP3, WMV, or a similar audio format.

In conclusion: WAV Joiner is too expensive, considering its features. I'm used to saying that a program is fully-featured. Well, WAV Joiner is a one-featured program, because all it does is join WAV files.
